Apple is With AT&T for Another Two Years

This is for sure the news we've been waiting for for quite a while now. It was rumored, for a while in fact, that the iPhone would be offered on Verizon's network.

Today, Apple has confirmed that AT&T will have the iPhone being only to them. But the thing is, it's for sure wouldn't be the first time we would see a contract like this one to fail.

When it comes to Apple, I don't think they would cancel the contract for any reason for sure because of money, but also because all of the current iPhone users (or most of them) are on AT&T.

From what I can tell you, I'm sure Apple will not open the iPhone up to more than one carrier at one time. Because of Apple's marketing plan, I'm sure they will stick with this and possibily, just possibibly, they might open the iPhone up to a new carrier.

A variety of phone companies obviously want the iPhone because it's a great market, but also because Apple never fails at advertising one of their products. I'm sure that the next iPhone will be more of a sucesss than the previous one mainly because it seems to be that more and more people are hopping on the bandwagon more and more every day.

For me, I know several people who want the next iPhone, and also others who don't even care for it. Personally, I love the iPhone and how Apple made their platform for it, the iPhone OS, but I'm so glad that Apple is finally opening up iPhone OS 4 a bit more than their previous versions.

Do you think that the iPhone will ever be on a different carrier than AT&T? Apple has really proven to focus on a great market share with AT&T, but they might, like every company, want a change every once in a while.

Stalk me on social media! Any other way would just be creepy…
